Steel Benders UK helps bring a festive smile at The Open Jar
Steel Benders UK (SBUK) helped to spread festive cheer by sponsoring a heartwarming breakfast with Santa on Teesside.
The event at The Open Jar restaurant in Norton was organised in support of the Bringing Back A Smile charity. It brought joy to 30 children and adults, creating a magical experience.
“What a fantastic time all the children had at breakfast with Santa, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the sponsorship from Steel Benders UK’s managing director Tania Cooper,” said Joe Franks, owner of The Open Jar.
“A huge thank you to Tania and her amazing team from myself and everyone else at The Open Jar for making this happen.”
The event was special for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families, providing Christmas fun and creating lasting memories.
Charity supporters
Kevin Hill, founder of Bringing Back A Smile, said: “The day was one to remember for everyone at The Open Jar, with a surprise breakfast with Santa and his Elf.
“This was an idea that came about when Bringing Back A Smile joined with Joe Franks, Nicole Eastwood (Open Jar manager) and Steel Benders UK to make this event possible for these children and also supporters of the charity who help make a difference in our communities.
“I would personally like to thank all of you on behalf of my team for your sincere kindness joining together to make it such a special day for all of our families and children.”
